The app gives complete control and visibility to internal or external customers from the time a request is raised until it is taken care of to their satisfaction.

The app is available in both Arabic and English, making it user-friendly and versatile. Customers can easily raise requests by typing in text, taking a picture, or recording a voice message. The app has a single KPI graph that allows you to track all requests. By clicking on the graph, you can pull up details of individual requests. You can manage your requests as per their status, delete completed tasks, or follow up on pending ones.

With Aladdin Requester, you will receive a notification every time the status of your requests changes. You can track your request status from the time you raise it until it is completed. The app allows you to conveniently scroll through a complete history of all requests raised by you or search for a specific one using a number of options. Additionally, you can raise a request and specify a date and time as per your convenience. If your schedule changes, you can cancel or reschedule your request.
